An essential initscript is provided in the slimski package.
An equivalent to the sysV initscript will be required under runit,
to check for “lang=” given in /proc/cmdline and export $BLANG environment variable.
If it wasn’t given on the bootline, the initscript should just export $BLANG=””
( slimski expects a $BLANG env var to exist )
