    Is the cable connection the one failing? First compare the drivers in both 19.4 and pseudob3 with
    inxi -nxxxz
    Try pinging google.com using the Network Assistant
    Control Centre > Maintenance > Network Assistant, tab “Net diagnostics” and run a ping to google.com to see if it can connect.

    If you are referring to the wireless connection, then it may be that a driver is missing from the kernel.

    For booting with sisimedia driver (NOT AVAILABLE IN DEBIAN JESSIE), you can try the boot parameter
    xorg=sisimedia
    but that is a secondary problem. Network connection is more important.
