    Firefox has gone the way of Micro$oft, MacOS, and SystemD: “We know what’s BEST for you, so it’s OUR way or the highway”. I always check out the highway (Antix and Linux abUser myself! – LOL) Pulse is a steamin pile of fail as far as I’m concerned, but Firefox is SILENT w/o it, AND even niggles you a/b it in a popup menubar telling you to click to “learn how to install Pulseaudio” – grrrrrrrrrfsckdat! If I want to play Facebook or Youtube videos (w/sound), I either use another browser or grab the urls and play them in Fauxdacious (my video-playing fork of Audacious, or VLC), since I REFUSE to install PulseAudio!
