Installing runit-service-acpid results in error. Service acpid is up already,perhaps in ‘older’ style, but runit-service-acpid install fails even when acpid service is down.
So I have a general question:
My understanding (perhaps incorrect) is that runit-service-xxxx aare new style services architected by @ProwlerGr and @anticapitalista. If these are not yet installed, I think the old style services are up running.
If any runit-service-xxxx is installed, does it overwrite the old style service syntax and function, and therefore the old style service files are gone?
