1.) In the default antiX terminal emulator (Roxterm) : mark the text you want to copy with your mouse pointer. Then press Ctrl+Alt+C
2.) Paste here in the message field by Ctrl+V , mark it, and click the CODE button from above the field.
3.) Send message.

No, if it can be avoided. Reason is: Images are hard to read and even harder to search for specific strings in them.
If still trouble with the above, copy the text into a simple text file (using leafpad), then use the archive creator (or File Roller) from within zzzFM to zip the file(s). Then you may attach them to your message.
