    I sudo apt-get updated/upgraded. That worked.
    I have been on Linux for 8 years and never once have I experienced problems with installation until now.
    Not a good look for newcomers.
    What is equally bad is that it took several messages to come up with what worked.
    It seems like an old boys’ club where newcomers are really not encouraged.
