      A quick update; I’ve decided not to bother with this. I’ve already got another installation of MX on my hard drive (the Moksha / Bodhi version), so I simply installed Openbox on that one and used one of my own rc.xml files in it, which has the “middle mouse click on the desktop to bring up the workspace listings” option enabled.

      So all’s well that ends well; still keeping Bento on my hard drive as well, though probably the Ubuntu version.
