Guayadeque or other Music Manager?

I have been looking for a music manager to use on antiX. I have been using a combination of streamtuner2, PMRP, SMPlayer, and XMMS. But I thought I could find a more all-in-one music software that I could start managing my musing with. I listen to streaming internet radio stations but I also would like to use ripped CD’s and MP3’s from the local hard drive or a CD-ROM, or the local LAN.

Has anyone used Guayadeque? I did a search on this forum and got no hits. I searched the old forum and got some hits. But I didn’t see it in the repo. I did find it in the MX repos though. I downloaded it from the MX repo but the installation did not update the menus in antiX. I can start it from the console if I use “sudo guayadeque”. It loads and looks normal. But I have had trouble getting it to play some internet radio stations that I was able to get working in SMPlayer.

Is guayadeque going to work in antiX? Or is there another good lightweight music software I can try? I like the interface of guayadeque. And I’ve used Clementine in MX and that is also nice. But it has to be lightweight for my antiX machines.

How about goggles music manager? We used to include it on antiX back in the day …

Update –

I tried several packages, including gogglesmm. I decided on mpd/Cantata as my music manager. It has a similar interface to Guayadeque or Clementine. I like it. It is a little of a challenge to set it up with mpd, but I am figuring it out. I also liked Audacious as a player, so I installed that also.
