Remove labels from Desktop icons ? [solved]

For apps that I frequently use, I’ve put their icons on the Desktop (not on the panel), e.g. LXTerminal, Chromium, Cli-aptiX. How do I remove their labels? I’m using antiXcore19.4+LXDE (64-bit).

64-bit antix26-full (zzz-IceWM, dinit) installed on the following [year of manufacture in brackets]:

Not certain with pcmanfm in lxde.
Under spacefm I can set the font size for the desktop to zero and this turns off the labels. Maybe this also works in pcmanfm if there is no option to turn them off directly?

Thanks very much Dave – it worked a treat (thanks too for adding [solved] to title of the thread).
For the record: in LXDE do the following on the gui to remove the Desktop icon labels:
Menu –> Preferences –> Desktop Preferences –> under the subheading Text click Label Text Font –> set Size to zero (just type ‘0’ in size box)
