I did a quick look and it appears to me SDDM works fine with this LXQT MXD.
Quick question:
I installed CUPS bundle. I see cups service is there listed among those to add but adding (enabling) cups service did not result in service to come up. So I installed dinit-service-cups, which seemed to have created another service – cupsd, but also I was not able to activate.
Is there a difference between services cups and cupsd and which of these should be used for cups function?

Updated all packages from the Testing repository, removed conflicts, power buttons work without wrapping.

While I’m not “personally” into this, nevertheless I genuinely enjoy reading about your efforts, @valera, and your regular interactions with on this AND your other work. @olsztyn has also been a valuable person testing and providing insights and reviews; both are appreciated!
I’ve said this over and over through the years: though there are PLENTY of systems and variations that I’ll probably never touch, much less run regularly, I am nevertheless a big proponent of BOTH free and commercial, both open and closed, BSD and Linux, IBM, Apple and Microsoft. Those last three I may rarely use, but the laptop I have now is a Chinese manufactured Lenovo, originally designed by IBM and sold to Lenovo a couple of decades ago when IBM decided to return predominantly to their core expertise: enterprise servers.
Another company that I’m well aware that numerous people detest, but has also contributed to the overall ecosystem is Google – though I don’t use their Chromebooks as much as I have in the past, I still have one, and I also have one of their smartphones – I really like those – my current one is a Google Pixel 9, which still has years of support remaining; I also picked up a Pixel Tablet, which is good for watching Sports when they’re otherwise not available on certain local broadcast networks.
All of these ventures employ thousands, if not millions, of people in many regions of the world. A few of the better ones – at least sometimes – also have philanthropic efforts – and some may criticize this too – they share millions of dollars to various causes in exchange for millions in tax breaks. For the “poor” among us, none of that seems fair, and I’m sensitive to that, too, but not being one of the filthy rich, but one that has been privileged with good education, reasonably good jobs, and a comfortable retirement, I’m thankful for each blessing, and it’s my desire to at least be kind and helpful to others.
In mentioning all of this, I’m simply trying to share examples of why diversity in many aspects of life are helpful. It grieves me when we have cultural and racial tensions, wars and deliberate efforts to harm one another. In my final working days I was blessed to work with widely diverse people, men and women from numerous cultures, ethnicities and races. We were NOT the same, yet we worked on common projects toward common goals. While not every single day was a joy, on the whole the overall experience definitely was, and that’s metaphorically close to what I believe has been achieved here, so I congratulate you and all who have participated in this very good work!

The only issue I have faced so far is that Remaster is failing with error that it could not get PID.
I have encountered this occasionally before this latest version too but now it seems two times I tried to remaster it it happened. Rebooting did not fix this, so there must be something there that interferes with Remaster.
As Remaster is a critical piece, as I am not relying on persistence, I will try to find an occurrence when it works, but so far not very successful.
